What is Brattleboro Tix?
BrattleboroTix is Brattleboro, Vermont's arts and entertainment web site.

Visitors can search the calendar of events, browse the directory of local places to shop, dine, and stay, and buy tickets online for movies, concerts, plays, classes, and other events in the southern Vermont region.

Organizations can become a member to use the site to sell tickets to events, as well as list and promote events easily. Are you selling tickets or time at an attraction, class, or event? Contact us.

Businesses can advertise to a tragetted audience and enhance their listings in the directory. Want to add a logo, photo, or a link to your website? Talk to us.

Are tickets available here right up until curtain time?
Usually. Some presenters may decide to stop selling before the actual event takes place.

Can tickets be mailed to me?
Yes. There is a $2 per order charge for mailing. You are required to place your ticket order no later than ten days prior to the event to insure that your tickets arrive in time.

What forms of payments and credit cards do you accept?
MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Can I still buy tickets directly from venues?
For most events, yes. Tickets are often available at the venue. Check with the event sponsor to be sure, though.

Is there a Brattleboro Tix box office where I can go to buy tickets? Where is it located?
Not at this time. We hope to find a suitable location for a kiosk at some point in the future.

What is Will Call?
That means that your tickets will be held at the venue's box office for you to pick up before the performance. Tickets not mailed from the BrattleboroTix office or printed as PDF's prior to the performance will be held at the door of the location of the performance.

Are there any hidden fees or surcharges?
We charge a small per ticket fee for handling and $2 per order (not per ticket) for mailing of tickets. All costs are visible as you use the shopping cart to complete your order.

Organizations selling tickets pay a small fee to use the service.

How will ticket purchases appear on my credit card bill?
Your purchase will be listed as Interticket purchases.

I own or manage a venue and it isn't listed on your site. What do I do?
Email us at brattix@brattleborotix.com and we will help you to list your venue.

I have a free event and have no need to sell tickets. Can I list it here?
Yes, if you sign your organization up for an account you can use the calendar to promote free events.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my ticket purchase?

My printer isn't working, what can I do?
Contact us.

I think I ordered twice, can I cancel one of the purchases and get a refund?
Yes, but you must supply us with the bar code to obtain a refund.

What is Interticket?
Interticket is the online ticketing service that we contract with for seating charts, payments, and ticket printing.
